Esther is a fashion business and sustainability expert and educator with over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry. She has worked as a Buyer for some of the world’s leading high street and designer fashion brands, including Vivienne Westwood. More recently, Esther launched her own business, Fanfare Label, a circular denim brand that has won multiple awards, including a Vogue Business award in 2025.

Esther is a regular lecturer at Vogue College and London College of Fashion, contributing to Fashion Enterprise and Buying courses. She lectures across the UK at institutions including University of Leeds, York St John University, and University of Westminster to name a few.

In addition, Esther has developed collections across a broad range of clothing departments, managing multi-million-pound ranges for stores worldwide. She became passionate about sustainable fashion and has championed ethical practices and industry change for over a decade.

Esther is frequently invited to speak at high-profile events and has been interviewed by leading publications including Vogue, Evening Standard, SheerLuxe, The Guardian, Drapers, and The Sunday Times among others.
